Carolyn Anders, MBA, CLU®
Development Manager
(904) 997-3045
cbanders@ft.newyorklife.com

Carolyn’s career path has certainly been a road less traveled: it is a rare few that have transitioned from a career in Commercial Interior Design to one in Financial Services to a leadership & management role in a General Office of a Fortune 100 Company.  What she loved most about the architecture & real estate business was developing personalized and practical solutions in the design and refurbishment of her client's office or home, and leading a team of designers in accomplishing those projects on time and under budget.  As an Agent with New York Life in the Northern Virginia General Office, Carolyn was able to focus her passion for developing personalized solutions in order to solve important financial problems, with the ultimate goal being to positively impact more lives of those among the community.  Carolyn joined us here in Jacksonville in April 2015 as our Development Manager, where she is responsible for the proper and effective implementation of NYLIC University curriculum among all Established and New Organization of Agents in our G.O., in addition to collaborating closely with the other members of the Management Team in accomplishing the annual goals and objectives of our Office.
